The brews:

Golden Nugget
is an American Wheat style beer.  Brewed with honey and raw wheat, there is a subtle sweetness that makes this an especially refreshing summer brew.

Hop Overboard does not disappoint those hopheads of the world.  It's brewed in the American IPA style with at a healthy 6.5% alcohol.  The beer's subtle maltiness still manages to play a background role to this dry hopped brew.

AA, or Alcoholics Allowed, was our first run at a high-gravity amber beer.  The result was a little on the sweet side for our tastes, so this beer was sent back to the drawing board. (not currently in production)

Apple Beerday!  This apple-infused beer was a popular concoction.  Near the Belgian Lambic style, it has a high gravity and thick mouthfeel.  About the same time it was first brewed, Kyle's baby neice, Molly, inadvertently named this beer.  (She only thought she was learning to say "happy birthday!")

La Vida Mocha. For the coffee house beatniks comes this chocolate coffee Sweet Stout style beer.  The first run came out a little heavy on the black coffee taste (which was good for some of us), but a revision process is under way to coax some of the other flavors into playing a bigger part.

BitterSwheat is our first attempt at an English Bitter style beer.  Actually an ESB, but not technically, given that it is brewed with raw wheat to add sweetness and overhopped for a bitter finish.

Brown Note.  This beer was brewed as a crossover English/American brown style beer.  It is a great example of maltiness blended with a light hop bitterness.  A good beer for those who like “dark” or “light” beers.

Limey Tart. This English IPA really lives up to its name.  In keeping with old school traditions, this beer clocks in at right about 7% alcohol.  Careful, one too many and you will start speaking Cockney.

Numb Shu Ale.  A rendition of the BitterSwheat, this is a sweet wheat beer with a noticeable kick of hops. Best served a chilly 34 degrees while trying to avoid the Texas 100 degree heat. Brewed in honor of Richard and Sheena being matrimonious. Congrats, Pal!
